I was enjoying this....until it tried to make me pay USD6.99 almost immediately! I might have done it if they had asked for payment after a bit more game play. The way they did it felt very abrupt, and I felt cheated. As far as 2D side scrollers are concerned, I see nothing fresh or unique here. The graphics and art work are decent at best. My real complaint is in the combat mechanism. its clumsy and awkward, and I never got a feeling of satisfaction or accomplishment after a battle. I faced 2 bosses and beat them both, but I felt as if luck was just as great a factor as any skill involved. I'll bet you're all wondering if my review would have been different had they not demanded payment so quickly. I think the fair answer is that I evaluated the game play honestly. There is no proper measure with which to evaluate greed :)
