游戏开发商和发行商 Bethesda起诉华纳兄弟及 Behavior Interactive，指控 Behavior 为华纳开发的手游《Westworld》明目张胆的抄袭了 Behavior 和 Bethesda 合作开发的辐射手游《Fallout Shelter》。

这两款手游都是 Behavior 帮助开发的，其中《Fallout Shelter》是在 2015 年发布的，而手游《Westworld》被认为就是《Fallout Shelter》换了个皮肤，甚至《Fallout Shelter》早期版本的 bug 也出现了在《Westworld》上面。

Bethesda 指控 Behavior 在 《Westworld》中使用了受版权保护的 《Fallout Shelter》代码。
