关于50th card

找到50张卡才能开的门了 但是即使得到50张卡它也永远无法打开……以下是游戏开发者在论坛某个帖子里对此(以及游戏世界观)做出的解释 我觉得可能有人会需要:

Uh oh.....actually I don't feel as bad about talking about things now. Here's what I meant the 50 card gate to be. Please don't see this as canon or overriding your personal experience for the game.

I saw Anodyne's adventure as an internal struggle for Young to overcome some of their insecurities. The cards kind of represent Young searching for solutions in their head. But unless you actualize a solution into real-world change, it just remains a solution in theory. So the 50 card gate was meant to be Young being forced to leave the dream world and go repair their relationship with Briar in real life, or do something about their insecurities other than worry about them or think about them all the time.

Basically the gate is a metaphor for "there is nothing beyond here/no way to proceed- no matter how many cards you find nothing will change unless you leave this world." (signified by how you wake up in an apartment after dying)
