Honkai Impact 3rd 3.3 Update

Can Someone Please Help Me. I Just Want So Help from Mihoyo/TapTap or anybody, please.

I want to be able to enjoy the game like everyone else but no one's listening or relying to my comment and or my report that I sent to fix issue. I'm a Japanese Player, so the version of the game I have is the Jp version of Honkai impact 3rd but the latest update on TapTap for 3.3 doesn't work because it's not the full downloadable source. Everytime I open up the game it crashes and says the game has Stopped.

It's about to be four days seen this 3.3 update has been released and I have yet to hear back from anyone about the problem that I'm and others might be facing. My Google account is linked to the game and has all of my stuff on there. Plus TapTap's Jp version of the game allows me to logon using my Google account with all my stuff on there. The Global version does as well but I don't know if logging in Global under my Google account will transfer all of my gaming data. If it does, let me know and I'll switch over to Global with my Google accounts data on it through the Google app store instead of TapTap so I don't run into this issue again.

So Please reply; if you're reading this message and or see this comment help me reach out to TapTap or Mihoyo to fix this problem. I just want to continue to love and support Mihoyo because Honkai impact 3rd is the best game i've ever played on mobile and is the only game I play.
