**1. Cheats, Hacks, and Malicious Content.**
a) **Hacks, cheats, and bugs breaking the economy of the game are forbidden** - in discussion, publication, or usage. Such acts of willful dishonesty let players obtain advantage over others and impact the game mechanics; these will be severely punished.
b) **Minor bugs and errors in the game due to code errors are acceptable** for discussion and publication. Such bugs do not let players obtain advantage over others. Examples include: the wall trick, increasing attack speed with the auto button, etc.
c) If **suspected of hacking or changing files** (e.g., craft points/coins in shared screenshots are hidden), the player must supply screenshots of their game account as requested by staff and may be required to provide their game-ID to be checked.
d) **Publishing or distributing information** showing game items, equipment, or other update details not yet announced on official community pages is prohibited.
**2. Information Sharing.**
It is prohibited to publish or distribute personal data of community members and staff as well as fragments of private correspondence that are publicly unavailable unless specifically given permission.
**3. Charging for Accounts.**
Publication of account sale / buying notes, as well as any chargeable services, is prohibited as a violation of Terms of Use.
**4. Advertising and Promotion.**
Advertisements and promotion of other servers, as well as YouTube and other media channels, are forbidden without role permissions. This includes unsolicited contact via DMs.
**5. Community Staff.**
a) Public confrontation with server staff, criticism of the rules, or debate of rules enforcement are prohibited. If you do not agree with something, you can contact server administrators directly to resolve the conflict.
b) It is unacceptable to misrepresent oneself as a member of the server staff or development team.
c) We appreciate your participation in the community, but you do not have to do the staff’s job. If you’ve noticed any violation of the rules, just tag an active staff member, and they will help solve the problem.
d) **Do not attempt to evade punishment** by leaving and returning to the server or returning with a different account. Evasion at any level will be muted
**6. Arguments.**
Arguments and discussions about religion, politics, and other acute social issues are strongly discouraged.
**7. No tagging the developers.**
Unless they are online chatting with the survivors.
**8. Spamming.**
Spamming, including emoji and reactions on messages, pictures/memes, and other media files, is prohibited.

**9. Use of Abusive Language Toward Other Members, and Toxic Behavior.**
a) Any insults that may be offensive to other community members and staff, based on race, gender, nationality, sexual identity, or religion, are prohibited. This includes written posts and images as well as server nicknames and account profile pictures.
b) Toxic behavior, implicitly or explicitly directed against other community members or Kefir employees or aimed to discredit their play or life experience, is prohibited.
c) Refrain from use of offensive reactions and emoji. Their usage may lead to temporary or permanent loss of ability to add reactions. Examples include, but are not limited to: 🖕 💩 🍑 🍆
d) Please use the correct language for the channel you're in.
**10. Be constructive** and consistent when you share feedback or raise an important topic, and always use the correct channel for your message content.
**11. Humor, arts and other creativity are welcome.**
Humor, arts, and other creativity are welcome. Help other members when they need it, and be courteous in voice comms. It is encouraged to give the kind of feedback to others you would want to receive if you share your own work to keep the chat healthy and fair!
