Mission Statement
Our task has three aspects:
control
The foundation controls anomalies to prevent them from falling into the hands of civilians or hostile organizations, and intercepts them as early as possible through extensive observation, monitoring, and action.
Sheltering
The foundation accommodates anomalies to prevent their impact or effects from spreading, through migration, concealment, or dismantling, or by suppressing or preventing the public from spreading their knowledge.
protect
The foundation protects humans from the effects of anomalies and protects the anomalies themselves until they are fully understood and emerge from new scientific theorems formulated based on their characteristics and behavior. If an abnormality is deemed excessively dangerous when taken into custody, the foundation may also use invalidation or destruction of the abnormality as a last resort.
