error entering the server

Unable to login , unable to access the game, this game only update update everytime is upsetting contents about 3mb and never never the servers are opened, I tried everything but not solve.... Any help? Or I

can uninstall ?

why here this game can't stop downloading contents ? When I close the app and open again is download this everytime why???????
